NMIJ's Reference Material Development Activities

This article describes the reference material development activities of the National Metrology Institute of Japan (NMIJ), which develops and supplies internationally accepted Certified Reference Materials (CRMs) in accordance with ISO Guide 34:2009 (General requirements for the competence of reference material producers) and ISO/IEC 17025:2005 (General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories).
