Application of frequency converter in the torque detection of ship unloader brake

This paper introduces a method for detecting the torque of a ship unloader brake based on a frequency converter. The method realizes the visual detection of the brake torque by reading the parameters of the frequency converter and the overload protection function, which facilitates the daily maintenance of the brake and improves the safety of the equipment.
