iQue® Antibody Internalization Reagents are used to study the antibody internalization process.
The iQue® Antibody Internalization Reagents are pH-sensitive dyes designed to identify antibody internalization in a simple, plate-based assay. Two types are available: one for human Fc antibodies and one for mouse Fc antibodies. The assay uses the RL1 detection channel on the iQue® platform and can be multiplexed with other validated reagents. It enables rapid, high-throughput screening of antibodies during drug discovery to assess internalization kinetics, which impacts therapeutic efficacy and mechanism of action.
Reagents are provided as lyophilized powders in 96-well or 384-well formats. After reconstitution, they are light-sensitive and must be stored at -80°C. The protocol involves conjugating antibodies with the reagent, adding to cells, incubating for 2 hours, and acquiring data on the iQue® platform.
