Introduces the use of DataMan® Setup Tool Reference Manual
The DataMan Setup Tool is a common platform used to access options for DataMan readers and base stations. It simplifies deployment by allowing users to review live images of codes being read and set up the reader to transfer NoRead Images via FTP for later review. The tool provides a single page for the most common controls, enabling real-time observation of how different options affect the reader or base station.
You can access options involving DataMan readers and base stations, including reviewing live code images or setting up reader FTP transfers.
Choose Start->Cognex->DataMan Software vX.X.X->Setup Tool to launch the Setup Tool.
More tabs will be available, including Image Playback, Application Type, and Options.
