The DataMan 8072ER is an industrial barcode reader designed for automated manufacturing applications. It supports reading 1-D and 2-D codes of various sizes and qualities using patented 1DMax+ technology and advanced 2-D algorithms. The device offers multiple communication options including Ethernet with industrial protocols, USB, RS-232, and Bluetooth. When using Bluetooth, an intelligent base station acts as a router between the reader and the computer or network.
