L6699 is an enhanced high-voltage resonant controller with symmetrical duty cycle, variable frequency control and resonant half bridge. It also features self-adjusting adaptive deadtime, high-accuracy oscillator, 2-level OCP, PFC controller interface, anti-capacitive-mode protection, light load burst-mode operation, input for brownout protection or power-on/off sequencing, and “Safe-start” procedure prevents hard switching at startup. The device is compatible with 600 V rails and features an integrated bootstrap diode and high dv/dt immunity high-side gate driver, as well as -300/800 mA high-side and low-side gate drivers with UVLO pull-down. It is packaged in SO16N and is suitable for LCD TVs, desktop and AIO PCs, servers, Telecom power, AC-DC adapter, and open frame SMPS.
