ST STBP110 handbook

The STBP110 is an overvoltage protection device produced by STMicroelectronics. It features input overvoltage protection, soft-start, low RDS(on), maximum continuous current of 1.2A, thermal shutdown, TDFN 8-lead package, etc. It is used in smart phones, digital cameras, PDAs and palmtop devices, MP3 players and low power handheld devices.
