ST STEF12 handbook

The STEF12 is a 12V line electronic fuse. It has a continuous current of 3.6A, an N-channel on-resistance of 53 mΩ, enable/fault functions, an output clamp voltage of 15 V, undervoltage lockout, short-circuit limit, overload current limit, controlled output voltage ramp, thermal latch of 165 °C, tiny capacitors, a working junction temperature of -40 °C to 125 °C, and a DFN10 (3x3 mm) package. It is mainly used in hard disk drives, solid state drives (SSD), hard disk and SSD arrays, set-top boxes, DVD and Blu-ray disc drivers.
