L6728AH is a high frequency single-phase PWM controller with Power Good features. It has flexible power supply ranging from 5V to 12V, with power conversion input as low as 1.5V. It has an internal reference of 0.8V and output voltage accuracy of 0.8%. It also features high-current integrated drivers, Power Good output, sensorless and programmable OCP, OV/UV protections, VSEN disconnection protection, and adjustable output voltage. The device is suitable for memory and termination supply, subsystem power supply (MCH, IOCH, PCI), CPU and DSP power supply, distributed power supply, and general DC/DC converters.
