ST L4976 1A step down switching regulator handbook

L4976 is a 1A step-down switching regulator with an input voltage range of 8V to 55V and an output voltage adjustable range of 0.5V to 50V. It is fabricated using BCD mixed technology and features an internal power D-MOS transistor with a typical Rds(ON) of 0.25Ω for very high efficiency and fast switching speed.
