These regulators are guaranteed stable with low ESR ceramic capacitors and include logic-controlled electronic shutdown. Available output voltages are 2.5 V, 3.0 V, 3.3 V, and 5.0 V. The devices are offered in SOT23-5L and SOT-89 packages with a temperature range of -40 to 125 °C.
