ST L79L00 SERIES handbook

The L79L00 series is a negative voltage regulator with internal current limiting and thermal shutdown functions, capable of delivering up to 100mA output current. They are intended for a wide range of applications, including local or on-card regulation to eliminate noise and distribution problems associated with single-point regulation. Additionally, they can be used with power pass elements to create high-current voltage regulators.
