About this manual

The M22100 is a 4 x 4 array of crosspoint transmission gates combined with a 4-line to 16-line decoder and 16 latch circuits. It allows any of the sixteen transmission gates to be selected via a four-line address and turned on or off by applying a logical one or zero to the data input while strobing the strobe input. The device is designed to transmit signals up to 10 MHz with a typical on-resistance of 75Ω at 12V supply.
