This document introduces a new product called STM32F302xx STM32F303xx, which is an ARM Cortex-M4 32-bit microcontroller with high performance and low power consumption. The microcontroller features an ARM 32-bit Cortex-M4 CPU with single-cycle multiplication and hardware division, as well as DSP instruction with FPU (floating-point unit) and MPU (memory protection unit). It has 128 to 256KB of Flash memory and 40KB of SRAM memory, supports various clock management and low power modes, and is suitable for a wide range of applications.
This document is a preliminary datasheet for the STM32F302xx and STM32F303xx series of ARM Cortex-M4 microcontrollers. These devices feature an embedded Floating Point Unit (FPU), Memory Protection Unit (MPU), and support for up to 256KB of Flash memory and 48KB of SRAM. The microcontrollers operate within a voltage range of 2.0 V to 3.6 V and include a variety of peripherals such as ADCs, DACs, timers, and communication interfaces like CAN, USB, and SPI.
