HMC233G8 is a high isolation GaAs MMIC SPDT switch from Hittite Microwave Corporation. It covers DC-6.0GHz with isolation greater than 44 dB (2GHz) and insertion loss typical of 1.5 dB (4GHz). It is a non-reflective design with a hermetic surface mount package.
