The STTH2R02 is a fast recovery diode from ST that features very low conduction losses, negligible switching losses, low forward and reverse recovery times, and a high junction temperature. It is packaged in DO-15, SMA, and SMB and is intended for use in low voltage, high frequency inverters, free wheeling, and polarity protection applications.
