The STTH3002 is an ultrafast recovery diode from ST that features very low conduction losses, negligible switching losses, low forward and reverse recovery time, and a high junction temperature of 175°C.
The STTH3002 is an ultrafast recovery diode utilizing ST's 200 V planar Pt doping technology. It features very low conduction and switching losses, making it suitable for switching mode base drive, transistor circuits, low voltage high frequency inverters, free wheeling, and polarity protection applications.
