STPS30H60C is a Schottky diode from ST with high junction temperature capability, avalanche rating, low leakage current, good trade-off between leakage current and forward voltage drop, high frequency operation. This device is packaged in TO-220FPAB, TO-220AB, TO-247, I2PAK and D2PAK and is intended to be used in notebook and LCD adaptors and desktop SMPS.
The STPS30H60C is a dual centre tab Power Schottky rectifier designed for high frequency switch mode power supply applications. It is intended for use in notebook and LCD adaptors as well as desktop SMPS, providing a good margin between remaining voltages applied on the diode and its voltage capability.
