ST STPS2H100 handbook

STPS2H100 is a Schottky rectifier released by ST. Its main features are negligible switching losses, high junction temperature capability, low leakage current, good trade-off between leakage current and forward voltage drop, and specified avalanche capability. It is suitable for high-frequency miniature switched mode power supplies such as adapters and on-board DC/DC converters.
