STPS60L45CW is a low voltage power Schottky diode manufactured by ROHM, with very small conduction losses, negligible switching losses, extremely fast switching, low forward voltage drop, low thermal resistance and avalanche capability.
This document describes the STPS60L45CW, a low drop power Schottky barrier rectifier packaged in TO-247. It is designed for use in off-line AC/DC power supplies, specifically suited for 5V outputs, as well as free-wheeling and polarity protection applications.
