This document describes a dual wideband operational amplifier, primarily used as an upstream line driver for Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line (ADSL) (NT). The product features low noise, high output current, low harmonic and intermodulation distortion, and high slew rate.
The TS634 is a high output current dual operational amplifier specifically designed for ADSL line interface applications, particularly for upstream line drivers. It features a large gain-bandwidth product of 130MHz and is capable of driving a 25Ω load at a 12V power supply. The device includes a Power Down function to decrease consumption and is housed in an SO20 batwing plastic package.
