This document is a warning and warranty information about a radio-controlled model aircraft. The model is not suitable for persons under 16 years old and contains parts that can cause serious injury and property damage. The buyer is responsible for correctly assembling and installing the motor, radio, and other equipment. The finished model should only be tested and flown in the presence and with the assistance of an experienced R/C flyer. It must always be operated with care and in accordance with the Safety Code of the Academy of Model Aeronautics. It is recommended to join the AMA and obtain insurance before flying this model. Only radio frequencies specified for model aircraft should be used according to the Federal Communications Commission. The warranty period is 90 days, and the buyer can request replacement of any defective parts within this period.
