TSC TS803R Microprocessor Reset Circuit handbook

The TS803R is a microprocessor reset circuit from Samsung company. The circuit can monitor the power supplies in µP and digital systems, and has the characteristics of high reliability and low cost. The circuit can break the VCC power supply voltage, and keep it for at least 140ms. The circuit has three output configurations, the output current is 3uA, and the reset is valid to Vcc = +1V. The circuit does not require external components.
