About this manual

The TS3405 is designed to implement complete control and protection schemes for DC-DC step-down converters. It integrates control, output adjustment, monitoring, and protection functions while driving N-channel MOSFETs in a synchronous buck topology.

Key features include voltage-mode PWM control with fast transient response, an internal 0.8V reference, and lossless programmable over-current protection by monitoring the lower MOSFET's Rds(on). The device operates with a fixed oscillator frequency up to 300KHz.
