L6363 is a 0.18µm CMOS PRML R/W channel that supports 8-bit NRZ interface to disk controller.
The L6363 is a 0.18um CMOS PRML Read/Write Channel IC designed for disk drives. It supports data rates up to 750Mb/sec and includes features such as PR4 signal equalization, an 8th order optimized low pass filter, and a single flash 6-bit ADC. The device incorporates a 5-TAP programmable digital FIR for signal equalization and offers optional Local ECC post-processing.
