SPC560D30x SPC560D40x 32-bit MCU family built on the Power Architecture® for automotive body electronics applications.
This document provides an overview and describes the features of the SPC560D30/SPC560D40 series of microcontroller units (MCUs). These are 32-bit automotive system-on-chip devices designed for central vehicle body controller, smart junction box, front module, peripheral body, door control, and seat control applications.
The family utilizes a high-performance e200z0h CPU operating up to 48 MHz with variable length encoding (VLE). Key features include up to 256 KB of Code Flash with ECC, 64 KB of Data Flash with ECC, and up to 16 KB of SRAM. The device supports various low-power modes, multiple communication interfaces including FlexCAN, LINFlex, and DSPI, and includes a dedicated diagnostic module for lighting.
