The AD5379 is a 40-channel, 14-bit parallel and serial input, bipolar voltage-output DAC. It features guaranteed monotonicity to 14 bits, buffered voltage outputs, an output voltage span of 3.5V × VREF(+), and a maximum output voltage span of 17.5V. It also includes a system calibration function, pseudo differential outputs, a clear function, simultaneous update of DAC outputs, DAC increment/decrement mode, and channel grouping and addressing features. Interface options include a parallel interface and a DSP/microcontroller-compatible 3-wire serial interface. It is suitable for level setting in automatic test equipment.
