This document describes an enhanced octal 16-bit DAC with an on-chip reference voltage of 5 ppm/°C. It supports defense and aerospace applications, with military temperature range and controlled manufacturing baseline. The product has low power consumption, smallest pin-compatible design, and various functions. It is suitable for process control, data acquisition systems, and portable battery-powered instruments.
