This is an errata sheet for the Analog Devices AD7998 and AD7997 analog-to-digital converters (ADCs). It notifies users of a necessary change to the pin-out diagram for these devices.
Parts manufactured with date code 0312 or earlier feature the old pin-out, while all other material uses the new pin-out. Users are advised to discard any previous pin-out information from data sheets up to and including Revision PrD.
The new pin-out applies to parts with date codes later than 0312.
