ADT7518 is a temperature sensor, 4-channel ADC, and quad voltage output DAC with SPI/I2C compatible interface. It features four 8-bit DACs with buffered voltage output, guaranteed monotonicity over all codes. It also has a 10-bit temperature-to-digital converter and a 10-bit 4-channel ADC. The input range is 0V to 2.25V and the temperature range is -40°C to +120°C with a temperature sensor accuracy of ±0.5°C. The supply range is 2.7V to 5.5V and the DAC output range is 0V to 2VREF. It has a power-down current of 1µA. The ADT7518 has a SPI, I2C, QSPI, MICROWIRE, and DSP compatible 4-wire serial interface, as well as SMBus packet error checking (PEC) compatibility. It is suitable for portable battery-powered instruments.
