FSGM0765R is a Green-Mode Fairchild Power Switch (FPS™) produced by Fairchild Semiconductor Corporation. It has low standby power consumption, low noise, precise fixed operating frequency, pulse-by-pulse current limit, various protection functions, auto-restart mode, internal startup circuit, internal high-voltage SenseFET and built-in soft-start.
The FSGM0765R is an integrated Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) controller and SenseFET specifically designed for offline Switch-Mode Power Supplies (SMPS). It features soft burst-mode operation for low standby power consumption, a precision fixed operating frequency of 66kHz, and various protection functions including overload, over-voltage, abnormal over-current, thermal shutdown, output short circuit, and under-voltage lockout.
