The TOP252-261 TOPSwitch-HX Family is an enhanced EcoSmart integrated off-line switcher designed to maximize efficiency across all loads. These devices incorporate a 700 V power MOSFET, high voltage switched current source, PWM control, oscillator, thermal shutdown circuit, and fault protection onto a monolithic device. The family offers various package options including P (DIP-8C), G (SMD-8C), M (SDIP-10C), Y (TO-220-7C), and E (eSIP-7C), with specific configurations for different power levels and input voltages.
