About this manual

The Agilent 3100 OFFGEL Fractionator performs pl-based fractionation of proteins or peptides using immobilized pH gradient (IPG) gel strips. Unlike conventional gel electrophoresis, this system recovers separated components in the liquid phase, making them directly compatible with downstream liquid-phase workflows such as LC-MS.

The instrument features a state-of-the-art web-based user interface that allows operation from a PC or iPhone via a local area network. It supports fractionation of up to 16 samples in parallel on two trays (eight samples each) and offers resolution as low as 0.1 pH units.
