IMP IMP5121 DATA SHEET

The IMP5121 is a high performance SCSI terminator which features a low voltage BiCMOS architecture that provides performance superior to older passive and active techniques. The IMP5121 has a 35MHz channel bandwidth and each channel employs high performance adaptive elements to provide the fastest possible response time. The IMP5121 also eliminates the output compensation capacitor required in earlier terminator designs.
