Bourns offers the 2036-xx-SM as a leadless, surface mount version of their Mini-TRIGARD™ series. This device is designed for board-level protection in high bandwidth circuits such as xDSL, cable broadband, and high-speed Ethernet due to its low capacitance (less than 2 pF) and high energy handling capability.
