About this manual

The Yamaha Clavinova series features samples from the CFIIIS concert grand piano to deliver a realistic acoustic sound. The instruments offer an authentic touch with weighted keys that vary in weight from low to high notes.

Users can play solo or use the Style function for accompaniment across various genres like pop, jazz, and Latin. The CVP-509 includes the iAFC feature to simulate concert hall acoustics.

Frequently asked questions

What is the iAFC feature?

The iAFC (Instrumental Active Field Control) effect allows you to enjoy sound that expands around you, as if playing on stage in a concert hall. This feature is only available on the CVP-509.

How do I change the voltage setting?

Use a "minus" screwdriver to rotate the selector dial on the bottom panel near the power cord so that the correct voltage appears next to the pointer.
