EUTECH EUP7963 DATA SHEET

The EUP7963 is a 3A low-dropout linear regulator that provides a low voltage, high current output with high precision, ultra-low dropout, and low ground current. It is designed to drive digital circuits requiring low voltage at high currents (i.e., PLDs, DSPs, microcontrollers, etc.) and offers stable output voltage. Other features include thermal and current limit protection, a logic-control shutdown mode, and an error flag output.
