The LTC2262 family is a new generation of ultralow power, high-speed analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) that dissipate less power while maintaining excellent AC performance compared to previous generation ADCs. These ADCs are suitable for power-limited applications, allowing the addition of features and improvement of performance within the power budget. Additionally, the LTC2262 family incorporates a unique set of digital output features that simplify layout and reduce digital feedback. The low power core is also integrated into multichannel parts, including 4-channel and 2-channel ADCs. For a complete list of the ultralow-power ADC family, refer to Table 1.
The document describes the LTC2262 family of ultralow power, high-speed analog-to-digital converters (ADCs). These devices dissipate less than one-third the power of comparable earlier-generation ADCs while maintaining excellent AC performance. The family includes 14-bit and 12-bit variants with sampling rates up to 150Msps.

The device can be configured to run in full rate CMOS, double data rate (DDR) CMOS, and DDR LVDS modes.
It inverts every odd data line so that half switch one direction while the other half switch the opposite direction, canceling fields.
The LTC2175 dissipates only 139.5mW per ADC.
