The NJUG427 is a single-chip dot matrix LCD controller and driver designed for up to 10-character by 3-line displays. It integrates essential functions including a voltage converter, microprocessor interface circuits, an instruction decoder, a character generator with ROM/RAM, and high-voltage common and segment drivers.
