GM6250 is a low power and high accuracy voltage reference chip, output voltage from 1.8V to 5.0V can be adjusted, output current up to 250mA, working voltage range 1.8V-5.0V.
The Gamma Microelectronics GM6250 is a 250mA Ultra-Low Dropout (ULDO) Positive Voltage Regulator designed to combine high accuracy with very low power consumption. It provides high output current even when the application requires an extremely low input-output voltage differential.
The device includes a precision voltage reference, error correction circuit, over-temperature protection, and a current-limited output driver. It is available in SOT-23 (150mW), SOT-89 (500mW), and TO-92 packages with output voltages ranging from 1.8V to 5.0V.
| Maximum Output Current | 250mA |
|---|---|
| Output Voltage Range | 1.8V to 5.0V |
| Output Voltage Accuracy | 2% |
| Typical Quiescent Current (Vo=5.0V) | 1.0mA |
| Input Stability | 0.2%/V |
| Ultra-Low Dropout Voltage (Vo=5.0V, Io=200mA) | 0.38V |
| Operating Ambient Temperature | -30°C to +80°C |
The device provides a maximum output current of 250mA within its maximum power dissipation limits.
The CMOS low power consumption is typically 1.0µA when the output voltage is set to 5.0V.
The GM6250 comes in SOT-23, SOT-89, and TO-92 packages.
