Gamma Microelectronics GM6250 Datasheet
The Gamma Microelectronics GM6250 is a 250mA Ultra-Low Dropout (ULDO) Positive Voltage Regulator designed to combine high accuracy with very low power consumption. It provides high output current even when the application requires an extremely low input-output voltage differential.
The device includes a precision voltage reference, error correction circuit, over-temperature protection, and a current-limited output driver. It is available in SOT-23 (150mW), SOT-89 (500mW), and TO-92 packages with output voltages ranging from 1.8V to 5.0V.
