About this manual

The SD-14595/96/97 converters from ILG Data Device are packaged in a 36‑pin DDIP and provide built‑in‑test (BIT) output, solid‑state input isolation, and high common‑mode rejection. They accept broadband inputs from 360 Hz to 1 kHz and are available with MIL‑PRF‑38534 processing for military and avionics use.

The devices deliver a natural‑binary digital angle output compatible with TTL/CMOS logic, feature programmable resolution, and include digital interface functions such as inhibit latching, tri‑state outputs, and parallel data transfer to 8‑ or 16‑bit buses.
