The Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 uses the latest 5nm process and offers up to a 12% performance boost and 17% power savings over the previous generation. It features the fourth-generation Qualcomm Kryo CPU, which includes one tri-cluster super large core, one large core and one small core, for high performance, high efficiency and long battery life. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 also features the seventh-generation Qualcomm Adreno GPU, which features a new Adreno Frame Motion Engine for up to 30% graphics performance boost and 30% power savings. It also supports up to 144Hz screen refresh rates and up to 200MP sensors.
The MSK 5175 series voltage regulators deliver up to 7.5 A of output current with an extremely low dropout voltage of 425 mV. They are available in fixed 3.3 V, 5 V, 12 V versions and an adjustable version, and feature TTL‑level enable, open‑collector flag output, reverse‑battery and load‑dump protection, and low ground current.
