About this manual

The LT1004 micropower voltage reference provides a stable reference voltage with guaranteed initial accuracy of +4 mV for the 1.2 V version and +20 mV for the 2.5 V version. It operates at very low currents (as low as 8 µA) and features a low temperature coefficient of 20 ppm/°C.

The device is offered in several packages, including 2‑lead TO‑46 metal can, 3‑lead TO‑92 plastic, and 8‑lead plastic SOT packages. Electrical characteristics such as reverse breakdown voltage (typical 1.285 V), reverse dynamic impedance (0.2 Ω), and wide‑band noise (60 µV rms) are specified across the full operating temperature range of –55 °C to 125 °C.
