About this manual

The AD7440 and AD7450A are 10‑bit and 12‑bit successive‑approximation ADCs with fully differential inputs, capable of 1 MSPS throughput while operating from a single 3 V or 5 V supply. They offer low power consumption, flexible clock management, and a shutdown mode for power‑efficient operation.

The document includes detailed specifications (dynamic performance, DC accuracy, power requirements), timing diagrams, absolute maximum ratings, package dimensions, and an ordering guide for the various SOT‑23 and MSOP options. It also contains functional block diagrams and application notes for evaluation boards.
