Sipex SP7650 handbook

The SP7650 is a 3A, 300kHz, synchronous step-down switching regulator from Sipex Corporation. The device has a maximum input voltage of 2.5V to 28V, an output voltage down to 0.8V, and a 3A output capability. It integrates low RDSON power switches, is highly integrated, and has a minimal number of external components. The device operates at a fixed frequency of 300 kHz and has UVLO, overtemperature protection, and short circuit protection.
