ADM2914 is a quad UV/OV positive/negative voltage supervisor that is ideal for monitoring multiple negative rails. It features adjustable UV and OV input thresholds, high threshold accuracy of ±1.5% over temperature, and outputs guaranteed down to a VCC of 1V. It is suitable for applications such as server supply monitoring, FPGA/DSP core and I/O voltage monitoring, telecommunication equipment, and medical equipment.
The ADM2914 provides over‑voltage and under‑voltage supervision for up to four separate power rails. Each rail has dedicated high‑ and low‑side inputs, and the device offers a common UV and OV reset output. Adjustable thresholds, a 1 V buffered reference, and a programmable timeout timer allow flexible monitoring for both positive and negative supplies.
Two device variants are available: the ADM2914‑1 includes a latchable OV output, while the ADM2914‑2 provides a disable pin to override both UV and OV signals. The IC is supplied in a 16‑lead QSOP package and operates from –40 °C to +125 °C, making it suitable for server supplies, FPGA/DSP I/O monitoring, telecommunications, and medical equipment.
