The Polaroid Models 600 and 600 SE Professional Pack Film Cameras combine the features of a professional camera with the convenience of Polaroid pack film. The lenses are fully coated and color corrected (interchangeable on the Model 600 SE) and each is in a shutter that allows full exposure control with a wide range of shutter speed / aperture combinations. The Shutter is synchronized for electronic flash. The removable pack film holder accommodates the Polaroid Type 100 / 600 film format.
This guide covers the Polaroid 600 and 600 SE pack‑film cameras, describing their interchangeable lenses, shutter speeds, aperture settings, and viewfinder operation. It explains how to attach and detach lenses, load and unload film packs, set exposure parameters, and use electronic flash units.
Maintenance procedures are included, such as lens cleaning, roller care, and handling of the caustic film developer jelly. The manual also lists available accessories and film types, helping users achieve optimal results with both color and black‑and‑white pack films.

Blow off dust, then gently wipe with a clean lint‑free cloth; for fingerprints use a drop of lens‑cleaning fluid and lens tissue, never silicone‑coated eyeglass tissue.
Mount the flash on the accessory shoe, plug its connector cord into the PC flash‑connector socket on the lens, and note that the shutter is X‑synchronized at all speeds.
