This document describes the features and characteristics of ECM's ECM Radial Leaded Inductors. The PK range of inductors is available in various sizes and configurations for different applications. The inductors have a fixed pin construction and require low PCB area. Some types are available with hard wire pins for auto insertion. Customer specifications are also welcome.
The PK Series from ECM Electronics includes a variety of radial leaded inductors with fixed‑pin construction and low PCB area. Available in several core sizes, the series offers standard inductance ranges from 1 µH up to 470 µH (PK0406) and larger values for the PKB and PKBO families. Parts are supplied in typical pack sizes of 2 000 pcs, with options for taped lots of 3 000 pcs for automatic insertion.
The leaflet lists detailed tables for each sub‑series (PK0406, PK0608, PK0810, PK1012, PKB0804, PKBO865, PKBO809), showing inductance, tolerance class, resonant frequency, Q‑factor, and maximum current.
