The 98 Cable Knife is designed for safe work on live circuits up to 1000 V. It features a solid, fixed straight blade that is specially ground and replaceable, made of stainless steel, with a hinged blade guard integrated into the handle.
The tool complies with IEC 60900, DIN EN 60900, IEC/EN 61243-3 and DIN VDE 0682-401 standards. An LED display shows direct and alternating voltage levels (12 V to 750 V), includes a polarity test with direct voltage, and provides load application to suppress inductive and capacitive voltage.
